Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking a class or workshop at The United Actors. By using or accessing the Services at The United Actors, you’re agreeing to these terms and conditions. This is a legal agreement. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the service.

  1. Booking classes or workshops
    1. To make a class or workshop booking with The United Actors participants need to fill in the online application form, send an email or telephone the number on the website.
    2. All bookings done will be provisional. The provisional booking will be valid for seven days unless otherwise stated and will only be confirmed once full payment for the booking has been received.
    3. United actors reserve the right to not accept or fulfil a booking request.
    4. The programs at The United Actors are available for adults, who are at least eighteen years old. Minors may be authorised by United Actors to participate in the classes. Any under 18 participants joining a class or programme must be agreed in writing in advance of the class or programme by The United Actors. It is at the discretion of The United Actors to determine if an under 18 is suitable to participate in the class or programme.
  2. Fees
    1. The prices on our website are correct at time of publication, however, we reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
    2. You are required to pay for the specified number of classes in a block, regardless of the number of classes that are attended.
    3. Fees are due on the first day of class.
    4. Fees are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable, except in exceptional circumstances when agreed with United Actors.
    5. In some cases, when agreed with United Actors, payments can be done in Instalments. The first instalment has to be paid on the first day of class and the remainder at monthly intervals through the block. You are liable for the total cost of any block of classes undertaken, regardless of whether you continue to attend.
    6. Failure to pay any fees due will result in suspension of your right to attend any classes or workshops. United Actors will pursue payment of any outstanding fees.
  3. Cancellation
    1. Cancellations of your booking must be made in writing or by email and to be received 24 hours before the class start.
    2. The United Actors are not able to refund any course or workshop cancellations where less than 7 days notice is given before the scheduled start date of a programme.
    3. No refunds will be made after the course has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances when agreed with United Actors
    4. If the participant fails to attend the course, the full course fees are payable.
    5. United Actors is unable to refund participants who do not show up for a class
    6. United Actors reserves the right to cancel any course or workshop for any reason and will return any booking fee paid or offer the option to attend an alternative date or other workshops/classes.
    7. If the teacher won’t be able to attend the class, a replacement teacher will be provided or students will be given the option to attend the class on an alternative date.
  4. Health and safety
    1. United Actors is not liable for any loss, damage or theft caused to a participant’s belongings before, during, or after a class and will not compensate for any loss or damage.
    2. Participants are responsible for their own safety and accept that taking part in physical exercises carry the risk of causing any form of injury.
    3. The United Actors is not liable for any injury, accident or death caused to a participant before, during or after the class.
    4. It’s the participant’s responsibility to declare any medical condition. The United Actors has the right to refuse a participant to take part in the class based on their medical declaration.
    5. The United Actors reserves the right to refuse a participant in class at any time during the program, should the participant’s behaviour be offensive, disruptive or put the safety of others at risk.
  5. Conduct
    1. If you are going to be late or are unable to attend a class, please inform United actors by phone before the class starts.
